How DuraFlex Products Fail - and How We Fix Them

• DuraFlex SW (stainless wall) cap separation at the storm collar weld. The SW series uses a lighter-gauge storm collar than competing all-fuel caps, and the salt air coming off San Francisco Bay accelerates crevice corrosion at the weld seam.
